Rey Group reserves the right to choose the most efficient and cost-effective form of delivery/courier service using the money paid by the client during the order process. 

* Proof of payment must be received prior to delivery

* Applies to parcels weighing less than 5kg and tracking is available

* Takes between 1-3 working days


Express Option.

Collect from Us – FREE!

* This option is available for clients who make payment for goods prior to delivery or pay on collection.

* You must book the collection point and the time of collection in advance. We have two collection points available: Rey Group in Honeydew (JHB North) & the Pyramid Beauty School (JHB South).


We hope you love every product you buy from us but if you want to return any purchase you made then feel free. Please make sure that the products being returned are kept in their original condition at the time of return to ensure you are refunded in full and without delay.


To make a return via post

The cost of postage to return goods is on your account unless you provide us with a valid proof of postage receipt, in which case we can provide a full refund for posting the return(s) as well. Please ensure to send the item with its original packaging too.


To make a return via a collection point

It is essential to book a timeslot and day for returning goods to ensure no delay in refunds being made. Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging as well.


Combination returns – Full or part

If an item(s) you would like to return was bought as part of a combination purchase (e.g. a multi-buy pack of lipstick pots) then please ensure you return all the items that were part of the combination to have a full refund provided. However, if only part of a combination buy is faulty and you prefer replacements rather than a refund then please return goods which are faulty and keep the ones you are satisfied with.


How long does a refund take?

We aim to process refunds within a maximum of five working days from when we receive your returned item(s). Once this happens your payment provider must release the money back into your account, (each provider differs on timing to process). Any purchases made through Payfast will be refunded back into your PayFast account.
